Fresh Berries Tart


Ingredients:

  • 200g Bake With Yen’s Instant Custard Mix
  • 18 Bake With Yen’s Pre-made Tart Shells
  • 300ml Cold Water
  • 200ml Whipped Cream
  • Fresh Strawberries
  • Fresh Blueberries
  • Icing Sugar

How to Cook:

  1. Mix instant custard mix, water and whipped cream in a bowl using a hand mixer.
  2. Mix well till thoroughly combined and thickened.
  3. Fill tart shells halfway with the custard mixture.
  4. Garnish with strawberries and blueberries.
  5. Sprinkle icing sugar on top before serving.

Best served chilled.
