Fresh Berries Tart
Ingredients:
- 200g Bake With Yen’s Instant Custard Mix
- 18 Bake With Yen’s Pre-made Tart Shells
- 300ml Cold Water
- 200ml Whipped Cream
- Fresh Strawberries
- Fresh Blueberries
- Icing Sugar
How to Cook:
- Mix instant custard mix, water and whipped cream in a bowl using a hand mixer.
- Mix well till thoroughly combined and thickened.
- Fill tart shells halfway with the custard mixture.
- Garnish with strawberries and blueberries.
- Sprinkle icing sugar on top before serving.
Best served chilled.
