Ingredients:
A. Instant Custard Powder 375g
B. Cold Water 1kg
Method:
1. Pour instant custard powder into cold water
2. Whip it at high speed wih a whisk for 1 minute or until cream formed
Rest for 5 minutes and mix again until the cream is smooth
