All you need is 3 eggs & 625ml Milk (6.5 cups )

MIX

  • Add 3 eggs and 625ml of milk to entire contents of packet in mixing bowl

BEAT

  • Beat with a whisk until smooth

COOK

  • Cook approximately 1 1/2 tbsp of batter per pancake on a lightly greased hot griddle or frying pan 2-3 mins on each side until golden brown.

 

Makes 30 x 10cm (4") pancakes.
